I believe therapy should be a safe, accessible, and supportive space for everyone. Each person brings valuable identities and experiences into the world, and I would be honored to support you as you navigate life’s challenges.

As a disabled woman, I understand what it can feel like to be othered, and I strive to help my clients feel seen, understood, and valued.

My counseling approach is rooted in empathy and is culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodivergent affirming. While I am still in training, I engage in ongoing supervision and professional development to ensure ethical, evidence-based, and effective care. I am committed to helping individuals address a variety of concerns:

Anxiety

Depression

ADHD

Life Transitions

Relational Issues

Self-Esteem

LGBTQIA+

Outside of the counseling room, I enjoy going to live music shows, gaming, reading, and spending time with animals - things that help me stay connected to myself and the world around me.

Using an integrative and humanistic approach, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs while supporting resilience, grounding, and self-understanding. I also work from a multicultural and feminist lens, recognizing the broader systems that shape our lived experiences.

I believe everyone deserves support, and I strive to create a space of compassion, acceptance, and non-judgment as you move through your healing journey.

I provide a collaborative, open-minded space where clients can explore their experiences and identities. I often work with individuals navigating anxiety, relationships, and life transitions, helping those who feel stuck find connection and empowerment.
